Empowered Systems has a lot of pros. If you're in the United States, the fact that our insurance is covered is a huge benefit. Empowered Systems does not communicate a clear company direction and vision which makes it difficult to get excited about the end goal. Staff retention rate is low due to resource availability and difficult clients. Lack of staffing increases the workload on existing staff risking burn out. The company provided benefits such as Short Term Disability are the bare minimum required by law so be sure to review carefully.
