I’ve been with Emtrain for almost five years as a Strategic Account Executive, and it’s been rewarding to grow with a company that truly stands behind its mission. Her vision and commitment to ethical, human-centered workplace training genuinely shape the culture. Emtrain has been around for 20 years, which says a lot in this market. The company continues to adapt and evolve while staying true to its purpose. I truly believe in the product—our training is modern, relatable, compliant, and easy to stand behind when working with clients. The team is supportive, responsive, and genuinely caring. Even as a fully remote company, there’s real connection, collaboration, and leadership that consistently prioritizes doing right by our clients.

The cons are the usual cons at every company. At the end of the day, the "company" is about individual people and communication. Any employee issues I have had at Emtrain, I have worked out with the team. When I have a complaint about something, I am heard. I have been here for a long time and have no plans of going anywhere anytime soon!
