Some talented peers, though most leave quickly. Occasionally interesting projects, if you're lucky enough to get staffed on one. Free snacks, which is ironic given the lack of real support.

Leadership is reactive, not strategic. Constant pivots with no clear vision. Upper management fosters a culture of fear and blame rather than learning and accountability. Layoffs handled with zero transparency or empathy. You’re disposable, and they make that clear. Feedback is performative, expect little to no real career development. Overwork is the norm, recognition is rare. Burnout is viewed as a badge of honor, not a problem. DEI is all talk. Very little action or inclusion at the top.
