6yThank you for your review, we truly value your input. We want all of our employees to feel they are valued and compensated fairly which is why we conducted a compensation study in 2017 in which our entry level salaries were raised to remain competitive in our market and organization size. With that, we are very intentional on how we establish our salaries so they are also based on years of experience and education so they continue to remain fair and equitable. As we grow, we hope to always be in line with the market for compensation as well as benefits.
Our Senior Management team is always open to hear the employees’ ideas and discussing the things that we can possibly implement now or in the future, so we apologize if anyone has made you feel any different. We appreciate your feedback and feel free to bring any concerns you may have about these issues or anything else to the President or Human Resources.
