Vantaggi

the work itself and some coworkers were OK.

Svantaggi

- forget about moving up unless you are in the right clique or suck up to the right people. - you are expected to show you care about the company by working many extra hours, weekends, holidays against regular pay. Management considers being off on a Tuesday and Thursday to be the same as being off on a 'normal' weekend. - compensation, even with bonus, is not competitive for the industry - unethical and immature upper management. New CEO (son of previous CEO) one day left a team meeting screaming after slamming his laptop shut, just because some employees were asking some critical, but fair, questions about company policies. - It's all about the dollars and not the employees.

Vantaggi

The people working in non-management positions in development and QA are super nice, genuine people.

Svantaggi

- Very low pay, this can be seen by the fact that pretty much all of their developers are recent south asian immigrants who may just be looking for a job to make ends meet. Same goes for their offshore developer contractors in Bangalore, India. - Management is evil and conniving. As the other reviews state, management makes big claims just to get contracts. They only care about money and do not care about the people. - As someone else stated, the general feeling is that you are expected to work extra hours without billing the company. whether they be on evenings or weekends. This will get you a bigger 'bonus' at the end of the year. - If you want to be promoted get ready to stay there for at least a decade - If they need to let someone go they fire them in the morning, without any warnings or notice. While I worked here I had known at least 6 people who got let go this way - The billing industry is very repetitive and the work is menial; you don't learn much working here
