      -supportive manager -career progression for those who want it -new oncall payment -listened to - my salary has increased almost £5000 over the last 5year

      Svantaggi

      -Unsupportive and negative coullegues (these people appear to be stuck in the past and are extremely negative towards change - this can have a huge impact on the rest of the time) -staff demands off front line managers are unrealistic (they don’t appear to understand that you also have a job to do) -non operational management don’t understand the pressures or the team facilitator role -large push for growth without the infrastructure and resources to support the growth -poor recruitment thought out social care create more pressure on already tired workers

      Holiday pay - can buy holidays Weekends off (when not put on call)

      Hours - work far too much more than expected with little to no thanks, end up doing up to 50 hours plus a week on a 39 hour contract. Workload - more & more added to your never ending workload with no end in sight or proper support on this, you are working like a machine & also covering shifts on a regular basis. On Call - expected to do far & above your contracted On Call, no back up or support is made available for you & the pay of £10 a day is nowhere near enough for the stress of this. Management Support - do not listen correctly & give empty promises of support & say they will action things but won’t. Pay - its far too little for what we are doing in this job.
