Staff at all levels are genuinely passionate about driving positive change and supporting the most vulnerable in our society which is refreshing to see. Managers are keen to support your professional development and offer lots of opportunities to try new things to expand your knowledge and skills. No two days are the same but it keeps things interesting and fresh.

Nothing comes to mind! Maybe more to do with third sector and funding but I've been working in third sector employability for the best part of 6 years now and Enable is definitely the steadiest ship I've been on yet

Holiday pay - can buy holidays
Weekends off (when not put on call)

Hours - work far too much more than expected with little to no thanks, end up doing up to 50 hours plus a week on a 39 hour contract.
Workload - more & more added to your never ending workload with no end in sight or proper support on this, you are working like a machine & also covering shifts on a regular basis.
On Call - expected to do far & above your contracted On Call, no back up or support is made available for you & the pay of £10 a day is nowhere near enough for the stress of this.
Management Support - do not listen correctly & give empty promises of support & say they will action things but won’t.
Pay - its far too little for what we are doing in this job.
