- Good starting salary - Tight knit scrum team (in my experience) - Friendly people - Always felt supported by manager (in my experience) - Autonomy over decisions and given more responsibility if desired - Good working relationship with PM

Svantaggi

- Lack of technical expertise meaning projects got overcomplicated quickly - Pay doesn’t keep up with inflation - Some newer projects felt secretive - Upper management decisions felt chaotic - A lot of changes in a short space of time was unsettling - A lot of building bespoke software and bending over backwards for specific clients - Engineering effort was often wasted as plans changed frequently

- There was so much potential, until they forgot about their customers and focused solely on revenue. - The market needs a platform to help manage rebates, but the tool has to work. - Making some changes, but will take years to reverse the damage.

Svantaggi

- Customers rarely go live, it's a big problem. The land & expand motion can only be half fulfilled. (land) - Product is completely lost and they haven't made any meaningful upgrades in the last 2 years. It's clear that the CPO is in way over his head. Product roadmap has zero hard timelines and everything comes with an asterisks, leaving you questioning what will actually be developed. History with him at the helm, shows nothing will. - The CRO is non-existent. You would think someone who carries the organizational number might actually care, and want to be involved, but it couldn't be further from the truth. He doesn't even attend forecast calls at the end of a quarter.
