* You have to quit to even be considered for a raise * Promised training is never delivered upon * Management is absent most of the time, even when they are in the office * Feedback is never constructive, and is mostly lacking anyways * enablesIT refuses to hire staff to replace those who have left

A few employees were absolutely wonderful and really genuinely cared about their work and the company. Otherwise, I don't have much else to say. The cellphone reimbursement was nice, I guess.

I personally was not taken seriously at all. Aside from that, there were a lot of passive aggressive higher-ups, lots of sexist remarks, and my manager literally ignored me for 2 months to "test" me. I had a running tally of all the meetings I scheduled that started late, were rescheduled, or never happened. For the time that I worked there, I felt like I got nothing done.

You’re exposed to a lot of hardware and software. Opportunity for advancement because there aren’t many employees. You’ll be expected to do everything - this could be a con. You might get some free snacks.

Svantaggi

Unprofessional management. No raises or competitive salaries. Customers are not told the truth about what they were being sold. Debt collectors are always emailing and calling. Management will always talk about you behind your back negatively. Too much drinking in the office. Very negative working environment.
