Obscenely low pay for the amount of work you are expected to do. Rather that hiring more people when large amounts of staff leave they just give you more and more files to manage. I was managing over 500 files at one point. Whilst managing this number of files management still expected everything to be done immediately and you were berated if any task was not completed immediately. There is a bonus scheme in place however the training team must get commission for putting you on the training log (for any mistake made, be it miniscule or otherwise). Expect at least 80% of your hard earned bonus to be withheld because a file completed a day later than requested because you are struggling with managing over 500 files. If you rely on this bonus to subsidise your scandalous wage then be prepaid to be permanently worried about how to pay your bills.
