Excellent team, very comfortable office in Lviv.

I was the only devops, so creating a task to mark an assignment seemed unneeded (or some thought so). Most discussion was on call or in personal conversation, i.e. not logged at all. Technical description of assignment? vague, "do what's right" and later "why did you do that". Unclear and changing terms, conditions, explanations.
