There also appears to be a lack of clear ownership when issues cross departments, resulting in delays, mixed messaging, and a sense that employees are being managed through processes rather than supported as individuals. Overall, the culture may work well for employees who do not encounter complex or non-standard situations, but those facing health-related, accommodation, or compliance-driven issues may find the experience frustrating and isolating.
