Cronyism in placing people in management positions that they had no right being in (poor experience, horrible people management skills, poor decision-making) Human Resources was turning the company into "hey let's do silly make-work projects for ALL employees so we can make ourselves look good, while inconveniencing and wasting time for everyone else!"
