Enclave is a great place to work if you would like to diversify your current skillset. They deal with on-premise server infrastructure, as well as cloud based (Azure/O365) offerings and sometimes hybrid. As a busy MSP they deal with all sorts of clients but specialise in the Financial Services sector. They are not afraid to engage with new technologies l to provide cutting edge solutions for clients which helps an engineers skillset to stay current. Training with certification in mind is encouraged and sponsored by Enclave. Hard work and enthusiasm can be rewarded with more responsibility and higher level opportunities if an engineer wants to progress. I progressed up through the levels and that was respected. There is an open door policy right up to the MD, where you can be heard and sharing ideas is always encouraged. There is a good team of engineers who work together and collaborate to help resolve issues. Enclave provide the availability of Health Insurance for all staff there over 6 months.

Sometimes it can be a little too busy but Enclave are making a concerted effort here by investing in more engineers currently and their RMM and Helpdesk solutions in order to aleviate that amd male everything more efficient.
