We value our employees. With the exception of employee dishonesty, we have never fired an employee without working with the employee on a PIP (personal improvement program). There are a few relatives who work for our company, which employs 45+ associates. These associates are valuable contributors to the company and do not hold management roles, nor do they get special concessions of any kind.
