The mission Encompass has is a great one that it's helping other before profit. John Stewart has a great vision for the company and he is the core of the company. Family atmosphere for the most part. People's loyalty is with John

There are a lot of communication issues, leadership arent qualified for their positions, they act like they trust their employees but they really dont. Jobs only come from John Stewart rather than allowing others to make the relationships and find jobs. They underpay their employees and HR is a joke. There is a lack of process.

Great team camaraderie, and people who truly care about giving back to individuals with needs, and doing a job for the "greater good." Office is nice, and they are health conscious, and encourage healthy lifestyle, are family-oriented, and definitely community-minded. Fun, lighthearted attitude with the team, and they are willing to help you answer any questions you might have.

There was no accountability for leadership, only smoke and mirrors. Very frustrating, and it was "say one thing do another" from leadership when it came to being held responsible and holding others accountable. Things would fester until they would explode, because they wouldn't be dealt with before they reached a head. Extra effort was appreciated by leadership very seldomly, and they would create new initiatives all the time, with no follow-through. Salary isn't very high either.
