Management structure is a joke. Pay is crappy. Everything is kept secret from hourly employees. The free lunch half the time will turn your stomah to mush. Instead of paying their employees properly, or getting new equipment or fixing what they have they are continually adding more and more executives. 95% of current hourly employees are unhappy and management know this but does not seem to care. Turn over rate is high because of all this so we are always training new people which causes mistakes. Every network has a useless checklist to fill out that is as pointless as sticking a fork in your eye. HR dept is full of morons who seem to hire strictly incompetent people (aside from me of course).
