It's as if they don't care about people or money, so what are they for? Themselves. Require us sign a contract that stipulated we'd do whatever it took to make the client happy. This included completing tasks that I was promised I wouldn't have to do when hired. These were also tasks that were technically not in the contract between the company and client, thus I was doing work beyond my duties and pay grade. So not only was I doing work I didn't want to do, but was essentially doing it for free.
