Opportunities to work in a lot of really cool venues

The underpay their techs and have a company wide base that did not account for experience. They also dropped everyone as soon as the pandemic started and I received absolutely no communication about whether or not I was still employed. They just ghosted me. I found out in 2022 they technically still had me on their payroll list. They also never invested in training me and did not identify any possible opportunity for growth

Hourly/Salary is not adequate to support my stable lifestyle goals. - Extreme hours and work, non stable hours/home life imbalance. - Slow Seasons - Personal transportation required to travel to work sites sometimes long distances. - Stressful environments at times due to lack of upper management support.
