Good bonuses x 2 a year - some really friendly people. I got my WSET training for free

Svantaggi

Really fast changing environment and high stress levels. Management team are "training" you for the next promotion but really are just handballs aspects of their job to you because they don't have enough hours. Which will also be your problem if you do get promoted.
