Teamwork is important at EPP. The leadership does it's best to communicate to the team timely. They don't get it right all the time but are quick to admit the mistake and correct.

It is a fast paced environment and can get crazy at times.

I have some flexibility in this role

High turnover rate. This company constantly demanding more from employees but not willing to give back. Managers do not listen to their employees when they offer up solutions to problems. This company acts like it cares about their employees, but in reality, they don’t. I have experienced it firsthand. Your hard work is thankless. The COO only wants to do things her way, which is not always the best way.
