top management gives little direction. many long service employees are cruising and doing bare minimum and many processes are slow because people want to 'protect' their easy work. promotions and reviews are not fair. if you are not getting promoted, get prepared to get a meet expectation and if you are getting promoted you will receive at least exceed expectation because managers feel like they need to 'justify' the promotion how good this place is for career is dependent on who your manager are, there are many that are known to be bad and people dont want to work with them so they complain to top management
