Misleading! You need no florist skills to work here. The role would be better described as a production operative as it's more like factory work than anything else. You are expected to create products in as little as 3 minutes and it is impossible to do in such an unorganised workplace as this. The business is centred on creating luxury, high quality, handcrafted products and this is just not the case at all. High quality is impossible to achieve when impossible targets are set. I was made to feel like a failure in this role, it's not a good work environment at all. It has a very high turnover of staff because of the reasons I've just outlined. Also don't believe the good reviews, they were only created recently as they are now recruiting online again.
