Decent work environment, good coworkers, and plenty of hours during busy seasons. Equipment and PPE are provided; utility knives, gloves, dust masks, and sanding discs, etc.

No PPE is provided for the walk-in oven, particularly when temperatures reach 400°F for powder-coated parts. Only welding gloves are provided for handling part racks. Management micromanages via supervisors, with little to no raises or promotions, and employees are discouraged from discussing them.

Flexible hours, can get time off whenever you need

Unsafe workplace. Paint booth fully exposed to cancerous particles. Shop guys are underpaid and are talked to just make it up with OT. You’re lucky if you get 1$ raise per year
