- great culture - fun people - office located downtown - work is steady and not overly fast paced

- very little guidance - no annual raises/bonuses - no career development opportunities - disorganized

The people are all wonderful and make it a great environment

Not sure who is there anymore but during my tenure, because so many already left- but It felt as though all the stress came down from leadership and they would find any way to place blame for an issue rather than taking accountability. If you are interviewing here, i urge you to ask about leadership to get a good grasp if this is still the same sentiment.
