Independent work environment allows for a good work/life balance. Strong bonus plan, though the salary is low for the field and commissions are minimal. Management is generally polite and pleasant. Easy sale to generally pleasant customers. Decent benefits.

Revolving door sales people...extremely high turnover. Goals are high in an sales environment that does not allow for any repeat business. Installation contractors are mediocre, unpleasant in some cases and often seem to be in competition with the reps(if they upsell a customer during installation this counts, in company eyes, as an "error" leading to commissions being docked). Very limited and dwindling customer base with a small product selection to choose from. New product roll outs are few and far between, often confused at the sales and installation level leading to major customer complaints.
