95% of the Leaders have been in the company for 20+ years. So don’t expect anything innovative. No new technology, no upskilling. It’s also the most depressing place to work at. Calgary office looks like you are in jail 8-5. They do things that they did in 1980s. The funniest part is that they think it’s still relevant
