senior management will take advantage of you. DO NOT TRUST THEM. there is no room for you to stand up for yourself against any wrong doings. it will definitely backfire. HR department spineless or mettle, they are just personal assistances to the senior management so basically they are useless. you have to be one of their kinds (a GOOD FIT in their language) to close your eyes and shut up your mouth to be happy in this place. absolutely no team-work and very low tolerance level for non-Australians. not an equal opportunity place at all. most of the managers are very biased towards their favorites. this place is not for hardworking people but only for those who hardly work and love to act that they are super busy at all times. If you are good at faking and being unprofessional, if you love to work as a machine with no feelings and emotions and a BAD culture does not bother you, this place is made for you!
