      Nepotism, direction and expectations were not given sent me out with a couple of inexperienced kids who didn’t know what they were doing spent most of the time on their phones calling out for help and advice. I spent the week standing around waiting for them then i was let go because I “sat down” too much

      The pay is pretty good for the industry.

      Abusive ownership. They let employees go with no warning or explanation. You never know if you will have a job the next day due to a volatile owner.
