Great benefits package and pay

Nepotism, direction and expectations were not given sent me out with a couple of inexperienced kids who didn’t know what they were doing spent most of the time on their phones calling out for help and advice. I spent the week standing around waiting for them then i was let go because I “sat down” too much

Independently owned. Good benefits package.

Lack of direction. No consistency in company policies when it comes to job roles.
