Well the pay they offer is very good and the bonuses are also lumpsome amounts. Good reward and promotion for the recognised people

1)The work culture is very poor, below standards. There is no good co-ordination among the the departments and among the people. 2)The process of work done is very erratic and not efficient and effective. There is no proper systematic way to get the things done. 3)Poor leadership qualities by the middle executive people like managers and general managers. 4)Resembles a bureaucratic system. 5)Work is 6 days per week

Salary is the only benefit of working in this company but its just a trap to ruin your career.

Management overlooks the basic facilities that should be provided to an employee. Company sends its employees to site for work and they do not provide the basic necessities like a single bed to sleep or an average food to eat. More over if you want to arrange by yourself, the site locations are such that you will definitely fail to do so. So you need to eat the low quality food company provides and sleep on the dirty floor. There will be no value addition while working in the company.
