Understanding and willingness to win! Also I believe they are very family oriented. Sonja C.O.O. and David the C.E.O. are great people and truly do care about your family and will give you the time you need for family issues if they arise. I loved working them as they gave me the tools I needed to become better at my management position.

Can be demanding at times, but what job isn't. Also can be sometimes tense.

At the beginning the CEO and COO were nice.

They like to belittle you and make you feel like your not doing your job. It's sad when the whole company has zero respect and talk crap about the people who write their checks.
