The people are great and we grew to be like family. There is lots to learn in a company that is not too big, and some of the decisions you make can create a big impact on the company. There is visibility and exposure to top management, so they at least know everyone by face.

Company direction changes every now and then, so it's difficult for employees to simply stop their projects and work on the new direction, etc., which makes the company slow-moving. Although management tries to take feedback from employees, there are still a lot of improvements to be done with regards the formation and execution of road maps. On the career side, growth can be rather slow as well.
