Sales targets are often established well into the fiscal year without a defined roadmap, sufficient resources, or measurable initiatives to support successful attainment. 2. Workforce management appears inconsistent and unstable. Numerous experienced, high-performing employees have been terminated or laid off, often with limited severance and little advance notice, creating uncertainty across the organization. 3. The company's product offering lags behind competitors in several key areas. Certain capabilities that have been standard within the industry for years remain unavailable, underdeveloped, or difficult to use, impacting both customer experience and sales effectiveness. 4. Leadership turnover within the sales organization is exceptionally high. Frequent changes at the SVP and VP levels have resulted in a lack of continuity, shifting priorities, and ongoing organizational disruption. 5. The company would benefit from greater diversity and inclusion at all levels. Several highly successful and knowledgeable female professionals were impacted by workforce reductions despite strong performance, deep market expertise, and valuable client relationships. 6. Certain provisions within the employment agreement may be viewed as restrictive by employees. In particular, clauses related to post-employment dispute resolution and litigation rights may warrant careful review before signing. 7. Review the average tenure of employee: 1.8 years.
