Plenty of overtime with good benefits. This is a good job to get a solid start and feel for this feild of work. Having prior experience working in controlled environments or HVAC background is advantageous but they will train you where experience is lacking. The company is family owned and run, meaning you're not just a number but actually family, that being said the work environment is welcoming and friendly. Quality communication with HR and Technician leads make the jobs run efficiently so that your hard work pays off by completing the necessary tasks. Of course there are good days and bad days like any other job, but the difference here is the positive attitudes the Technician leads display to encourage and keep morale high throughout the days course.

The travel (for some) I always enjoy being on the road, you get put up in nice Hilton's and your meals are paid for. However if you're looking to be home by 5 everyday of the week this will be a con, to go.

The president / owner is very passionate about this company, his employees, and his customers. He has an incredible vision for the company and expresses it with everyone. You know that you are part of the success as well as the failure . We all learn from both. When working out of town, you get treated top notch after hours. The owner pushes you to go explore the area you are in. He will pay for you to go to a sporting event, outdoor activities , and great meals. You have your own hotel room. Employment is only for those looking for a career. If you are looking for a job, it may not be cut out for you. There is room for advancement, education, and personal growth.
