Re-Org - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Energy Recovery

Seriously great culture of camaraderie, "family feel," people care about each other and are helpful and smart (a few exceptions but overall). Product is supercool -- even if a product path didn't pan out in the past, products are interesting, relevant, useful in the world, brilliantly engineered and manufactured in the USA. Some leadership issues at the top but that is changing for the better.

New leadership really pinches pennies which doesn't fly with California employees; we're hoping the austerity is just for 2024.

On the team level, excellent people to work with.

Unethical leadership. Poor VP level decision making across the board.
