      No cons to actually mention. The business is well run and well managed, and the recent acquisition by atos means there is a lot of growth potential.

      flexible life / work balance no one is trying to get you to be burnt out. in my instance time off is good. encourage uptraining and pay for it.

      Sometimes holding on to a broken leg too long sometimes. Pay isn't above Avg New hires PTO is not massive. I mean whose medical benefits are great anymore. not a lot of time allotted for uptraining meaning it gets lost in the day to day stuff of work sometimes.
