I have worked with Engage IQ in Santa Clara for the past year in helping the company grow post the pandemic. I have known the owner for a while even before coaching the business. I find the atmosphere in the company very relaxed and open. The team engages with each other on a regular basis. The company fosters new ideas and brings in various internet technology to help market researchers and advertisers reach their intended audiences. It is a changing field all the time because of new technologies and tools. This requires continuous adaptation and research to keep on top of the trends. Because of that, the owner’s vision and knowledge of the field is paramount. He does his best to communicate this to the team and to help them grow. I expect this company to grow very quickly in the next couple of years.

EngageIQ does consumer surveys which are very popular. Therefore, the owner makes a lot of money, and could have a solid company for a while.

Svantaggi

Management pays employees as little as possible, and milks you out of everything possible. Quite a scam and very slimy. Atmosphere is boring, and there is no future. Owner makes good revenue but does not want to give back to employees in salary or bonuses. They will lie to your face, and there is no longer trust.
