Toxic leadership culture that deflects blame onto middle management instead of owning systemic issues. Constant turnover — strong people leave or are pushed out, and poor leadership remains. Roles are poorly defined; people are frequently hired without clear needs in mind and then overloaded or mismanaged. Fertility division leadership at the top level is especially problematic — demoralizing and dragging down the whole team. If you’re not part of the inner circle, expect little support and outsized pressure. Teams with high potential are micromanaged or ignored, never allowed to actually thrive.
