It's a young dynamic company, most of the employees are very motivated. The founder and manager is reachable and straightforward. Small company.

Each consultant works at the client and therefore has to follow the restriction imposed by the client but also those of the consultancy, which can be restrictive. There is no team feeling with the other consultants because we get together only for team buidings every 3 or 4 months.
