Flexible environment! No micromanagement and no helicopter bosses tracking you timing in and out. As long as you put in your time, meet your deliverable dates, turn in good quality work, and show up for your meetings this team is very flexible and understanding that we all have lives outside of work. Supervisors are all approachable and friendly. They are always willing to listen to your ideas, answer questions, or simply have a friendly chat about life. In addition, the company makes a conscious effort to hire personnel who meet the cultural goals of the company; putting emphasis on finding people who are driven, hard-working, and amiable to work with. Who you work with and the types of people you work with have a direct impact on if a person does or does not like their job. This team is excellent to work with! Supervisors are also very good at showing appreciation for a job well done and offer constructive criticism when needed. If you only need health insurance for yourself, you do not have to pay for it! Pay is fair and competitive.

With the Power group being new and quickly growing there are sometimes quirks in the office program logistics, but those usually get fixed within a couple days.
