Good pay and good hours

Only con was that work was 3 hours away from home

Relaxed work environment and there is normally beer in the office fridge. There are 4 company parties a year in the Fort Collins office.

No company direction. In about the last year, four employees are gone now which is a lot in a company that had less than 20 full time staff. Two employees left because they kept being held back from promotion. Two employees were hired to help the company grow in a new direction and were then laid off when the company decided they didn't want to pursue it after all (a very short time later). They are growing because they are buying up other small companies in the area but it can't last. The employees who came along with the purchased companies are pretty unhappy. If you are considering a job here, do so very carefully.
