First of all, if you're ready to learn anything Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing related, this is a good firm to have on your resume. There are a couple bad apples in this bunch but they do not spoil it. The team atmosphere is bar none compared to the rest of the firms I have worked at.

The bad apples as mentioned above. One has painted themselves into a corner and will throw their weight around knowing they can get away with it. The other bad apple will all but call you stupid if you can not complete his requests. You are also on salary, that means no overtime if you have to burn the midnight oil or vaporize a weekend to meet a deadline.
