1. Low Salary 2. No Work from Home during COVID. Sales people were on the field. Diagnosed with severe COVID in 2021 and didn't get salary for 2 months. 3. Worst lead management system when it comes to Sales 4. No incentive structure 5. Inbound leads are only for Sales Operations Head not for other Sales Manager or engineer. 6. Bonus mentioned in salary sleep is just for name sake. They will force you to leave without serving notice period and deduct bonus amount and salaries as much as they want. 7. Will force you to give higher ratings on Glassdoor before you leave the company.
