Let's be completely honest. There is no good reason to work at England Logistics. It is a stepping stone to a better job. People come to England while they are pursuing other leads, collect a few paychecks until a real career presents itself. The people who post positive reviews about this company are in senior/executive positions, the foot soldiers are miserable and approaching mutiny. Although at one time, while Josh England was President of England Logistics, it was a decent job. Jason Beardall destroyed that morale in about a month.
Svantaggi
This is an performance based employment center- you hit your numbers or you are escorted out the door. The employees jokingly refer to themselves as numbers, because they feel more like a number than a human being. Recently, one of our top performers in sales was displeased with the direction of policy and morale, he was quietly told to "drink the cool-aid or get out"! Who would want to work for an unethical company like this? We also instituted a mandatory drug testing program- not a bad idea, most companies adhere to these procedures. But at England, if you fail a drug test you are escorted out of the building, then brought back to work two days later because one of your top salesman also failed his drug test. We can't afford to lose our best salesman, so bring back the other drug users so we can avoid the potential lawsuit of preferential treatment. Things have never been worse, the employees are so dissatisfied and unhappy. Please come to work for England so you can understand how poor of an work environment it is. Because until you work here, it is just words on a screen, you will never fully understand the intense sadness you feel when you walk through the door. Also, if you do plan to work for this company, do not plan on being successful- they will restructure your compensation plan over and over until they are pleased with their cut! Have I painted a clear enough picture yet? Beardall is the worst!
