Bad culture. Mediocre pay. Bad benefits. Outdated software. No diversity. No growth opportunities. No innovation. Hypocritical and condescending leadership. Nepotism. Favoritism. Most negative ism's would probably apply. The only people who actually like the "culture" are the butt buddy circle of middle aged white dudes who all look, dress, act, and talk exactly the same. Also, If you are a friend or brother of the President, you'll be a VP in no time! Only Sr Account Managers or those who kiss an embarrassing amount of butt, actually matter to the company. There is no innovation or creativity, they just repeat the same crap that they've always said.
