Good people, bad management. - Recensione dipendente - Capacity Manager presso England Logistics

Where do I start. Was at this company for multiple years. My opinions and input never were appreciated. Our director instead would walk around our cubicle without saying a word, not even a hello, to see if we were working. Micro management at its finest. Our group was the leading sales team on the floor. Management took a “it’s our way or the highway” type of approach. Once certain bonus numbers were changed I had made it know I wasn’t happy. Nothing was done to keep me at this company. On the last day I walked myself out. Only thank you’s I got was from the people on my team. They scream culture, but do nothing to actually enforce it
