They preach a good work/life balance but enter you into a "bootcamp" where they ramp expectations and goals before the slow season of the year. Bootcamp consists of higher activity metrics which is typically achieved through longer work days. They'll be nice to your face one day and put you on a performance plan the next. No real patience for new hires. They don't service Business Development Manager people or their sales - treated like second tier/class to the Account Managers and it shows with everyone you talk to and everything you try to accomplish. Pyramid scheme like salary and pay.
