expectations are way too high for the amount of work given. account managers act like they’re your boss and are always bugging you for updates when you put it in the notes. you get blamed for the driver being late or if there is traffic i felt like i was always working after hours and felt like i wasn’t compensated/recognized for the hard work and time i put in to keep the account managers happy
