10yThank you for the candid feedback. The only way we are going to continue to improve is through understanding what our people (current and past) are directly experiencing or at minimum observing. I'm sorry you felt pushed out the door after so many years of service. This is not our intent and I'm sorry that was the impact you felt you experienced. I also want to assure you that whenever we discuss the promotion of individuals we look at both their performance and behaviors. We are far from perfect, however, we do not embrace a promote the worst employee philosophy. But with that said, we will take a serious look at our promotion criteria, especially as we look to bring people into leadership or to increase their leadership responsibilities and influence.
